Central Tzoumerka
The wild and imposing Tzoumerkas are part of the South Pindos mountain range. They are located in Central Greece and mainly in the Region of Epirus in the mountains of the Prefecture of Arta. They are crossed by the rushing rivers Acheloos and Arachthos, from whose dam the fairytale blue-green lake of Pournario is formed.
You will find fir-tree villages at the foot of Tzoumerka that will blow your mind! Alpine landscapes, fir-covered paths, impressive waterfalls, crystal clear water flowing through stone fountains, centuries-old plane trees that generously shade the paved squares, small dreamy ponds ideal for swimming and fishing, and rushing rivers ready to take you to another dimension!
